Rip City is pleased to announce our Winter Catcher Camp Series!

The sessions include training on receiving, blocking, throwing and also involves instruction on bunt defense, and passed ball recovery. Several advanced skills and drills will be introduced and repeated.

Rip City Catching Coaches
Coach Paul Koch is a former D1 Catcher, who has been a veteran high school and college coach since 1996. Koch has also coached in the summer collegiate leagues, including the Valley Baseball League as well as the Cal Ripken Collegiate League. He is currently the Head Coach at Rockridge in Ashburn, VA.
Coach Caroline has been coaching showcase baseball since 2013 and also on the Varsity staff at Freedom HS since 2014 where he serves as the Catching Coordinator for all age levels. Caroline was also a founding Board member in LS Little League.

To keep each camp ratio respectable, current college catchers will also assist Koch or Caroline!

In enrolling, participant understands that he/she attending the programs at his/her own risk. Our company's owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or about any programs on the premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises, He/She does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless your event organizer, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by your event organizer. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation. Consent: I the undersigned parent or guardian/participant do hereby grant authority to the staff to render a judgement concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence.
