 Train to Gain®Sports Nutrition Program 

Acquire the knowledge to gain lean muscle in a safe, reliable, proven way. 

This winter you can increase energy levels, muscle mass, and overall performance through nutrition. Our Registered Sports Dietitian will provide you with a personal nutrition analysis, body composition test, metabolism testing and plan to achieve your sports nutrition goals.  You will learn countless tricks-of-the-trade that will help you become stronger and healthier for a lifetime of fitness and athletics.

Fall/Winter Sport Athletes:
 

April 14 and 15th , 3pm-6pm (30min slots)

Individual Body Composition & Metabolism Testing (scheduled between 3a-6p, 30min one-on-one appointment) at SVSP – NW (8227 Northwest Boulevard, Suite 160, Indianapolis, IN.)

April 17th , 6-7pm

Diet Analysis Review and Nutrition Plan (Clay Terrace)

April 22th  , 6-7pm

Healthy Weight Gain Tips and Product Sampling (Clay Terrace)

April 24nd , 6-7pm

Grocery Store Tour (Clay Terrace)

April 29th , 6-7pm

Game Day, Eating Out, and Final Wrap Up (Clay Terrace)
Four Week Program: $299 (Savings of 50% compared to individual nutrition coaching)
