Craig Yeast Speed Camp




Champions Sports is proud to announce that former University of Kentucky standout Craig Yeast will be teaching a 6 week Speed and Agility class beginning January 6th.  Classes will meet Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm and Sundays 5:00pm - 6:00pm. 
The camp is designed for players ages 13 and up.

  There will be zero makeup dates for each session, so players are encouraged to attend!  

For those of you unfamiliar with Craig Yeast, he was a standout wide receiver / kick returner for the University of Kentucky from 1995 - 1999.  He was a first team All - SEC selection and was inducted into the University of Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame is 2006.  He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 1999, playing 3 seasons in the NFL.  Craig also played 4 years in the Canadian Football League with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.  He is currently the offensive coordinator at Marion County High School.  

Champions Sports own Bryan Lahnam will be assisting with the camp.  Bryan graduated for the University of Kentucky with a degree in exercise science and kinesiology.  Bryan is a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is currently the head strength and speed coach for the Lexington Catholic Baseball team.
